Important Information:

• We respond to all inquiries and requests within 2-3 business days.

• All travel packages are valid for trips 7 nights or fewer.

• For trips that are less than 2 months away, a $100 rush fee will apply to ensure timely arrangements.

Booking Policies

1. Payments & Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your trip. Full payment is due [30/60/90] days prior to departure.

• Payment plans can be arranged upon request.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

• All cancellations are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

• In the event of cancellation, the deposit and any payments made are forfeited.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

• Any changes to the itinerary are subject to a $50 change fee per occurrence, as well as any fare differences based on availability and new booking terms.

• We will do our best to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability, especially for last-minute changes.

4. Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or any unexpected events during travel. We can assist with selecting the best travel insurance options for your needs.

5. Documentation Requirements:

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Lack of these documents could result in inability to travel, with no refunds provided.

6. Liability:

• We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or airline policies. However, we will provide support to resolve any disruptions where possible.

7. COVID-19 Policies:

• Travelers must comply with all local and international COVID-19 travel regulations, including testing and vaccination requirements. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements before departure.

8. Children Policies:

• Children under 12: Certain packages and destinations may not be suitable for children under 12. Please inquire about family-friendly options before booking.

• Children traveling with adults: For trips involving children, adult supervision is required at all times, and additional fees may apply for child-specific accommodations or services.

• Travelers are responsible for providing all necessary travel documentation for children, including passports and visas.

9. Special Requests:

• Special requests, such as dietary restrictions or accessibility needs, should be communicated at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee availability.
