4. Payment Terms Payments must be made via credit card or bank transfer. Services will not commence until full payment is received. For trips less than 2 months away, a $100 rush fee will apply. By submitting your credit card or bank details to Soujourne, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for the purpose of completing your travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other related services.

5. Refunds & Cancellations All trips are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and full payments. Cancellations for any reason will not result in a refund. Any changes to a booking will incur a $50 fee per change, plus applicable fare differences. Initiating a credit card chargeback after confirming your booking is a breach of these terms. Any chargeback initiated without valid grounds will make the client financially liable for the full cost of the trip, plus any legal or administrative fees incurred.

6. Response Time We respond to inquiries within 2-3 business days.

7. Children Policy Certain packages may not be suitable for children under 12 years old. Please inquire about child-friendly options before booking.

8. License and Intellectual Property Unless stated otherwise, Soujourne and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All rights are reserved. You may access content from Soujourne for personal use but must not:

• Republish, sell, or rent content from Soujourne.

• Reproduce or duplicate material from Soujourne without permission.
